Yoga postures are adapted specifically to prepare your body and mind for birth through gentle stretching, breathing techniques and deep relaxation . These can be of enormous benefit to help you before and during birth and labour - as well as after you've had your baby. Yoga helps you develop a deeper connection with your baby before as well as after birth.
